Guide on Overseas Buyer Badge Application-137th Canton Fair

The 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) is scheduled to be opened on April 15, 2025. We sincerely welcome your attendance.
Overseas buyers are required to present a buyer badge for entry into the Canton Fair Complex. The overseas buyer badge can be used for multiple sessions. If you already have a badge from a previous session, you can use it to enter directly – there is no need to reapply. Please keep your badge properly.

To improve service and enhance the efficiency of attendance on-site, all new and regular overseas buyers attending the Fair onsite must complete pre-registration in advance!
Application Process
Option 1:Scan the pre-registration QR code below and complete the four-step process. Once done, bring your original ID and the QR code of buyer badge to a registration office to collect your buyer badge.

2.Select “Overseas Buyer Registration”
3.Register and fill in required information
4.Get the QR code for buyer badge and collect the badge at overseas buyer registration offices

Option 2: Visit the Buyer Service System on the Canton fair offcial website at https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/register/index
on your computer, fill in the required information, and get your QR code for buyer badge. Then, present your original ID and the QR code to a registration office so you can pick up your buyer badge.
